HISTORY
One of the reasons our family got involved in steam cars was the rich history associated with the hobby. As a historian with a PhD in the history of technology, Don has always been fascinated by "reading the artifacts" presented. Since our induction into the world of Steam, he has been researching not only the history of our car, but the history of the Steam Vehicle Corporation and the final years of Stanley Steam Car production.
Here, we'll post interesting articles and finds pertaining to the history of our cars and the company in general.
