The Eclipse steam runabout was powered by an 8 hp 3-cylinder engine.  Unlike the average chain-drive steamer, it used shaft drive to the rear axle.  It other ways it was typical of its kind, with a two-passenger body, tiller steering, and wire wheels. [1]
